COVID policy
Clients and visitors entering Solomon Hollett Lawyers offices
Solomon Hollett Lawyers is committed to the health, safety and of all our employees, clients and visitors to our offices.
In order to safeguard our employees, clients and visitors to our offices, the Directors of Solomon Hollett Lawyers have implemented a policy that requires all employees, clients and visitors accessing the offices of Solomon Hollett Lawyers to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, with effect from 1 February 2022.
This policy will apply to all planned or unplanned meetings or events held at the offices of Solomon Hollett Lawyers.
It is a condition of entry to the offices of Solomon Hollett Lawyers from 1 February 2022 that:
1. All clients or visitors

- ● seeking to access the offices of Solomon Hollett Lawyers, or
- ● meeting with a Solomon Hollett Lawyers employee, or
- ● attending a Solomon Hollett Lawyers event,
will be required to show evidence of their COVID-19 vaccination status at the time of entry to the premises.
Evidence of any client or visitor’s vaccination status can be provided by using either an Australian Government Immunisation history statement, a COVID-19 digital certificate, or a signed medical exemption certificate.
2. Any unvaccinated client or visitor, regardless of whether they hold a valid medical exemption, shall be required to wear a mask for the duration of their visit to the offices of Solomon Hollett Lawyers.
Should any client or visitor be unable or unwilling to provide evidence of their COVID-19 vaccination status, then the Directors of Solomon Hollett Lawyers, at their discretion, may refuse to permit the client or visitor entry to the offices of Solomon Hollett Lawyers.
To the extent possible any clients or visitors will be provided with advance notice of this policy at the time that any appointments are made.
Alternately, appointments will be made available by telephone and video conference.
We ask that you do not attend our offices if:
- ● you feel unwell, or have had a suspected or confirmed case of the COVID-19 virus in the past 14 days; or
- ● you have been in contact with a person who is unwell, or who has a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
Any information collected from any client or visitor will be handled in accordance with Solomon Hollett Lawyers Privacy Policy (www.solomonhollettlawyers.com.au/privacy/).
We acknowledge the temporary inconvenience this may cause to clients and visitors to the firm and trust that these measures will assist us all to move forward and return to normal operations as soon as possible.
